Note that you can book an appointment without creating an account on this website. Account is only needed if you want to manage your account, manage your booking etc. 

If you have already created account, then you can login to [Log in Button below] see your previous bookings.

If you want to create your account, then kindly use same mail id and phone number which you will use for bookings.

After creating account [Using Register Button below] your information will be verified and then only your account will get activated.

After booking appointments for 1st time, it can take 30 mins to reflect below in manage bookings tabs.
